About this accommodation
Helmgras is a cozy and comfortable vacation home located in the vacation park West Friesland. It is lovely in the green with a very deep sunny garden where you have plenty of privacy.
The heart of Helmgras is formed by a cozy living room with high beamed ceiling, patio doors to the terrace and garden, sitting area, TV, dining table with 5 chairs and the open kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, refrigerator, combi oven/microwave, gas stove and very complete kitchen equipment.
Vacation cottage Helmgras has two bedrooms and a modern bathroom on the first floor and 1 master bedroom upstairs. You will have brand new beds that are tastefully made.
The lovely sunny terrace with garden furniture adjoins the deep, completely fenced garden with large lawn. A wonderful place!
Of course, Helmgras has free wireless internet and you can park your car on site. The price for final cleaning includes that the beds are made upon arrival and that towels are provided.
Helmgras can accommodate 5 people and a baby. What is particularly striking at Helmgras is that everything is taken care of to perfection and crisp clean! In short, an ideal place for a nice vacation in the beautiful Netherlands.

The cottage is located on vacation park West Friesland where a lovely swimming pool is at your disposal.

Linen package, tourist tax, final cleaning and booking fee.
Deposit
Deposit €300 . This will be refunded, after approved inspection, no later than 14 days after departure.
Payment terms
When booking, you make a down payment consisting of the booking fee and 50% of the (base) rent. Six weeks before arrival you pay the remainder of the rent, the other costs and the deposit. When booking at short notice and the arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, the total amount is due immediately.
