About this accommodation
Zonnestraal has a spacious living room with lovely sitting area, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. Cozy wood stove. The separate kitchen is very fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and most things one would expect from a good kitchen.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds of 80×200 and two bedrooms with two single beds of 80×200 and a baby crib. The new bathroom has a shower, double sink, 2nd toilet and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
There is a separate guest toilet on the first floor. The biggest attraction of Zilt lies in the wonderfully green outdoors around the house. What a fine garden with lawn, trampoline, porch with various seating areas, shade and sun, outdoor BBQ in the porch (not to be used as a fireplace!). In addition, in the backyard you can enjoy peace and nature in privacy!
There is free wireless internet in the house and you can park five cars on private property. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.
Zonnestraal can accommodate 6 people and a baby. Zonnestraal is taken care of to perfection and squeaky clean! A lovely vacation home in a quiet and central location. Definitely a good choice

Deposit
Deposit €300 . This will be refunded, after approved inspection, no later than 14 days after departure.
Payment terms
When booking, you make a down payment consisting of the booking fee and 50% of the (base) rent. Six weeks before arrival you pay the remainder of the rent, the other costs and the deposit. When booking at short notice and the arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, the total amount is due immediately.
